1. Your site should be suitable for all ages.
2. Have good quality graphics, and should have good amount of content/pages. Shouldn't be "under construction".
3. Use English with me, and hopefully thats the language on your site too.
4. If you have a million affiliates, I most likely won't accept you. O_O
5. My link should be on most/all your pages. Vaporxia is doing the same. :)
